If you have good source on that, just go right ahead, as I'm sure you'll do a good job.
I don't think that any of the Grey Funnel's faction are going to lynch anybody who does a RN ship, as the work load is enormous (just consider the number of ships in 'Unknown's folder, and they represent only the 1940's, till around 1950).
This goes to anybody who wants to make a RN ship, if you have good source materials, and the ship is not on anybody's list, than it's a free game.

My sources are pretty good.
I have the original patent application and the associated drawings. I'll post a WIP soon, since I'll need a bit of help with the small details.
